One of the most important and overlooked products for the Honda B16a engine is the sump baffle kit which helps keep the oil in the engine oil pick up area. This means under hard cornering the oil in the sump does not move away from the pickup area and in turn prevents oil starvation. Oil starvation can result in many engine failures . The most common is big end bearing failure as the bearing goes dry for a few seconds and begins to wear and damage the crankshaft.
