Velvet feel, but probably a velveteen cotton. Uncertain.

Bright red with black jersey trim. Trim covers complete hems.

check length- I wouldn't call this maxi for everyone, but it is quite long.

Ties at waist and open skirt.

CONDITION:

Fabric over all in good condition- I have found a few faint dark spots (pinhead size) near hem. I also have found dark mark about 1/2 inch line on body of skirt and one rough textured spot about an inch on back. This item should be dry cleaned as stated but I do not have a reliable dry cleaner here.
