Bucatini - Artisanal Pasta  by Mancini from Marche

Bucatini are particularly excellent with your favorite meat sauce or traditional regional dishes such as Bucatini con Sarde.

Mancini pasta is produced from durum wheat grown directly by the Mancini company; As a matter of fact they built their factory right in the middle of one of their fields. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. They use circular bronze die plates and dry the pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta to dry.

This pasta is imported  from Italy and comes in Italian packaging.
