REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Order takes 4-7 working days max. Fridays and holidays are not included.
• Pre-orders take 4 weeks to be delivered.
• You may try out your order while the courier awaits you 5-10 minutes. In case you do not wish to have it, you only pay the delivery fees. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WAY TO REFUND YOUR ORDER.
• In case of bad condition or wrong order, we totally take responsibility to refund your order. Definitely no delivery fees are asked from you.
• In case of just an exchange, you only pay the delivery fees, contact us and wait for us again to deliver the item you want instead.

• For orders containing more than 6 items, we kindly request a 25% advance payment before dispatching the order and it should be processed through Instapay and until then, order will be on hold. This is due to the higher value and preparation required for larger orders, which often include limited stock items. It also ensures seriousness and commitment from the customer when placing a high-quantity order, helps protect our small business and brand from last-minute cancellations, and allows us to secure inventory, begin preparation promptly, and maintain fairness for all customers. Of course, if there’s ever an issue with the size or item received, we’ll gladly assist with an exchange—your rights as a customer are always protected.
