Description : The Marine Corps Green Poly/Wool Coat is worn with the Green Poly/Wool Trouser and is required for officers and enlisted personnel, with the only differences being the pocket design (Officer coat pockets are bellowed, Enlisted are patch pockets) and how rank is displayed: Officers wear metal grade insignia on the epaulets of the coat and Enlisted wear Chevrons on the sleeves between the shoulder and the elbow (Enlisted also wear Service Stripes at the bottom of the sleeve). These coats have Sergeant Chevrons sewn on. Service coats in Fair condition show sign of wear like missing buttons, small stains, or tears. They are best used for theatrical productions, costumes, or cosplay. They may or may not come with belts, collar devices, and/or service stripes.
