This bar is best paired with a long day in the mountains. So why Après? Après is the French word for “after”, as in, the party after a great day playing in the mountains.

We originally launched our Limited Edition Berries and Bubbly bar in early 2020 as a celebratory bar for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. We quickly realized that it became the go-to celebration bar and would be great year-round! As for the Après name... as a chocolate factory based in a part of the world that loves to party after a day of skiing, the Après name is close to our home & hearts.
