On Guard is an essential oil blend with provides natural protection against germs. It is a combination of orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils.

Great Oil for fighting off colds and flu like symptoms.

The most common uses for this oil is to diffuse in a vaporiser to help purify the air and provide respiratory support, use in cleaning products to clean benches, add to dishcloths and sponges to purify and eliminate odours, used in hand sanitisers and dilute with coconut oil for any topical application.

Uses
Soak sliced apples in water and a few drops for a healthy snack.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Food additive use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL or 1/2 cup of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
