Edwardian White Lawn Dress Dotted Swiss & Crochet Lace Marjory

Exquisitely detailed, delicately tailored, and aesthetically out of this world!
This frock from the 1910s is cut out of a white cotton textured in a dotted swiss pattern in general, but most of it, with the torso especially is delineated in elaborate panels of crocheted lace in various strips, circles, lattices, and loops. Collarless, it has fitted, three-quarters length sleeves. 
Torso is fitted, waist is nipped and delineated with a gorgeous band of lace rosettes, while the long skirt has lace trimmed loop patterns at top and alternating mesh/dotted swiss panels in the lower half. It closes with a row of petite buttons down the center of the back. 

Unlined and semi sheer!

*We thought it best to photograph the back unbuttoned so as not to stress the fabric, and then we fell in love with how it looked open! It adds a bit of modern-sexy to a very romantic and historical piece!

Condition: incredible with a few flaws that can easily be repaired (please see last pic for details). Below is a list of flaws. There might be a few others that I might have missed but truly this dress can almost be worn as is because a lot of the flaws get lost in the elaborate lace work and embroidery.  Dress is priced accordingly.

-left sleeve has two sections with tears
-a tiny split at the underarm seam on the right side 
-a tiny hole under the waist at front right side. 
-at rear, the majority of the tiny buttons are missing
-a section of the trim where a button loop was has a tear
-a section of the skirt, at top near the center slit has a tear
-the slit from waist to tailbone likely once had interior hooks to keep it closed
-many of the tiny buttons at rear are missing as are what I think must have been hooks to keep it closed from the waist to the tailbone.
