Fit tips: I have found sizing is in line with other "boutique brands" such as Dita Von Teese Lingerie. If you always wear a 34C for example you should be fine here, but if you often wear different sizes, I'd go with the larger band. The band is firm enough I think most 28 Bands will be pleased with the 30 here.
