Vintage 1940’s STUNNING silk print dress in a fabulous novelty print with scenic views of countryside and horse riders in a fox hunting scene. A fabulous silhouette and easy to wear piece it features a shaped collar, v neck bodice, short sleeve, cinched in waist with pleated skirt. Fastens with a side nylon zip which we believe to be a later addition. There are so many colours in this print which is great for accessorising. Pops of blues, reds, greens, browns, blacks and yellows are in the print almost like a watercolour painting. Please see condition report below for flaws, she does need some repairs but still presents beautifully.

Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Tired, been well loved ... There are several old seam repairs which could do with being reinforced for more wear. Neckline v has been repaired but could do Isiah reinforcing. There is a hole to the side of the zipper which needs to be repaired. Some seam separations to the waistline. A few frays to the shoulder seams. This piece still presents beautifully.
