Do these headlights come with bulbs installed?

Bulbs are not included. You'll need to source H7 or equivalent bulbs separately and install them into the housings before mounting to your vehicle.

Will I need any fasteners or brackets beyond what's at the factory mounting points?

These mount at factory rocker points — no additional drilling or custom brackets needed. Confirm bolt condition and reuse existing hardware where possible; grab new fasteners if originals are corroded.

Do I need to paint or prep these before installation?

The black housing comes ready to bolt on as-is. If you want a custom finish, sand and paint before final installation to avoid masking off the mounting area.
