Terms and Conditions:

• Our Change Fee applies to any requests for changes or modifications made after an order has been placed.
• This includes alterations to custom products and services such as artwork, graphic design, colour strike-offs, and locker room development. Minor adjustments—like changes to player details, team names, sizes or any modification that alters the original order—will also incur a change fee

• A $49 fee is applied for each request. Multiple modifications requested at the same time are included, but if more modifications are requested on different dates, additional fees will apply.

• Design or player size changes are also permitted before production commences (subject to $49 fee). Once production starts, no changes are permitted.

• All change requests are subject to approval. 

Adding To Your Order:

Increases to order quantities are exempt from the $49 fee, as long as bulk production has not started. If bulk production has started, we will need to check and let you know if adding your order is possible, and there may be an increase in freight charges and a delay in production time and delivery.

Another option is to place a new order online with a minimum of 5 pieces, but your orders may not be shipped at the same time.

How to Request an Order Change or Modification:

1. Submit Your Request: Email your change request together with the order details to [email protected].

You can use the standard email subject line: Change Request for Order #__________. Wait for our team to confirm if the changes can still be made before moving to the next step.

2. Pay the Change Fee:  After confirmation, just click the 'Add to Cart' button at the top of this page to complete your payment.

3. Provide Payment Details: Once payment is made, please notify our team or your C2C contact person on this.

4. Confirmation: You will receive a status update from us within 1 to 2 business days. If you don’t receive a response within this timeframe, check your spam folder or call  02 6581 1558 (press option 3) for further assistance.
