This chain tassel necklace is an antiqued gold color. The three multi- chains measure 24 inches each and holds a 3 inch, perforated tear drop shape pendant holding five short chains with gold balls. It has a nice weight to it and not too heavy.

Aqua Lady Vintage sells this type of vintage necklace often since it was well made, usually plated multiple times and had unique design. The gold tone plating is still in excellent condition.

This metal necklace is circa 1960 and made by a high end costume jewelry maker of the time. The first half of the 20th century was the heyday for well made costume jewelry sold from fine department stores to Woolworth, usually made in Europe or the United States. The manufacture and quality of costume jewelry deteriorated in the latter part of the century making this era the last with enduring products.
