The theme of the show was "Easy Rider". Stretch, leather, metallic, & other skin-perfect materials were used to create a three-hole motif based on the design of a Ferrari steering wheel. Incorporated into the runway in various ways, We saw the motif on the majority of garments long sleeve shirts, jackets boots where the while the sole of the shoe was a flame-spewing wheel. Orange switches on the sleeves of many tops were representing airbags. By casting fearless models with well-built bodies, the collection translated the speedy world of motorsports into mode. 

The Dirk Bikkembergs SS97 Collection conveys that essence perfectly. Seamlessly blending sportswear with formal suits the runway truly saw how these ideas can work in union. The orange from the boot represents a flame-spewing wheel strike with a strong bright color adding a dash to the silhouette. Following Dirk's classic theme the boots have a beautiful unique polished white leather along with a squared-off front box inspired by mountaineering & ski boots. This particular model in a creamy white colour makes for a beautiful blend of Colors.
