Front right side holds a large purple and lavender velvet and silk rose. Interior is finished with a stiff buckram along with the petersham ribbon. No label. As for the condition. There is some staining on the back inside. It is a light residue which I cannot identify. Outside is great. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches.
