Do I need fasteners to mount this, or does it come with hardware?

Hardware not included with this pull. You'll need the factory bolts from your original handle — they reuse the same mounting points. If those are missing, grab hardware-store equivalents in the size your door uses and test-fit before final tightening.

Will this work if my keyhole is damaged or filled in?

This handle has the cutout molded in. If your door panel's lock cylinder area is damaged or blocked, you'll need to clear or drill it out to match the keyhole opening on this pull — test-fit dry first to see what needs prep work.

Does this come primed or painted?

Comes in raw material finish. If you want it color-matched to your interior trim, light sanding and interior-grade paint or dye will finish it cleanly before install.
