How to Order Your Custom Portrait

1. Place your order here on the website.

2. After checkout, email a high-quality colour photo (or multiple photos if you'd like elements combined) to [email protected].

   • Please include any special requests, such as excluding drainpipes, headstones, or adding details like flower pots or wreaths. The more specific, the better!

3. Your painting will be created in the orientation that best suits the composition unless you specify otherwise.

The Commission Timeline

Each artwork is individually hand drawn and painted, so please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch, depending on current demand. Most orders are completed within 7–10 days.

If you have a specific date in mind (for example, a wedding or birthday), please contact me before placing your order to check availability – I always try to meet deadlines when possible.

Delivery & Eco-Friendly Packaging

Your painting will arrive:

• Unframed, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper

• Backed with sturdy card and posted in a cardboard-backed envelope with extra protection for larger sizes

• Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked post

All packaging is eco-conscious and recyclable. Where possible, I reuse materials (like bubble wrap) to reduce waste while keeping your artwork safe in transit.

A Few Things to Note

• I sketch from the photograph(s) you send, including a sense of background (pavement, sea, foliage, etc.) to bring the scene to life.

• Because this is a completely custom piece, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns. But I’ll work with you closely to make sure you’re delighted with the final result.
