Josefina comes with her meet outfit, including her iconic gold hoop earrings. Her outfit, includes, a camisa top (marked American Girl), and 1997 original bloomers (elastic is worn out). The doll's body is in mint condition, stamped with the Pleasant Company branding, and she can stand and sit without assistance. A true collector's item with no tags attached
