Does this hose come with hose clamps?

Clamps are not included. You'll need to source stainless steel hose clamps separately to match your 2.75" diameter application — worm-drive or T-bolt style work best for silicone.

Can I use this on both boost lines and coolant lines?

Yes. The 3-ply silicone handles turbo boost applications and coolant systems equally well. Just verify your application's pressure rating and hose routing before installation.

Is this hose pre-formed or completely straight?

This is a straight section — no bends. You can bend it by hand during installation or use a heat source to set a curve if needed.
