No. These are designed with factory mounting points in mind and do not cover OEM jack point locations. Verify clearance before installation if using aftermarket jacking equipment.

Do these skirts increase ground clearance or reduce it?

These are cosmetic side panels only. They do not alter ground clearance. They sit flush with factory body lines and add visual width without affecting suspension or ride height.
