Will this basket work on my existing roof rack?

This is a universal design, so it mounts to most standard roof rail systems. Check your rack's bolt pattern and spacing before ordering—if your rails don't accept standard crossbar mounts, you'll need an adapter.

What fasteners do I need to bolt it down?

Mounting hardware is not included with the basket. You'll need bolts, washers, and lock nuts sized to your roof rack's attachment points. Refer to your rack's manual or measure the existing bolt holes to source the right fasteners.

Can I paint or powder-coat this basket myself?

The basket ships with a factory black powder-coat. If you want a different finish, the steel can be stripped and repainted, but you'll lose the factory corrosion protection—use quality outdoor paint and primer rated for metal to avoid rust.
