Unique black structural open weave hat in flower petal design. This very unique hat is made from what seems like pipe cleaners and is woven together in a webbed/floral design. The hat sits on top of the head like a cap and "flower petals" can be worn in front or back. Wonderful for any vintage collection, seems to be high fashion and decorative only.
