One of the pieces from our curated collection for the fashion show ‘ A look into 1930s fashions ‘ exclusive to the Festival of Vintage, York a darling 1930s day dress. Selling this piece AS IS so please see the condition report. An exquisite day dress which reminds us of rolling English meadows full of rich greens, buttery yellows, powder pinks and soft lilacs. Featuring ruffled bodice detailing, full length sleeve, bias cut skirt with ruffled pleating to the skirt and a fabulous matching belt.

This would look fabulous work with a floral straw hat, crochet bag and gloves and Mary Jane shoes. Not without her flaws but once restored would be even more fabulous !! 
One of our favourite pieces from our collection and bought from a lady who it had been passed onto from her grandmother. She has fabulous taste. A lovely addition to any 1930s lovers wardrobe and collection.

Fair Vintage Condition - Selling As Is

Flaws to note - One underarm needs repair , will need reinforcing with a patch or using fabric from elsewhere to try and make a section. Glass buttons have broken to the nape so will need replacing. Afew seam separations but all repairable. Other than that she is fabulous.
