Description - Totally 80s kids denim dress! It snaps up the front. It has a drop waist but there are belt loops and a belt at the natural waist. The sleeves are 3/4 length and I think that they are meant to be rolled up. That's how it looked best on my daughter. In true 80s fashion, there are shoulder pads. The fabric has a slight sparkle.

Shoulders - 12.5" across

Chest - 14.25" pit to pit 

Sleeves - 9.75" from shoulder seam

Waist - 13.25" across but you can cinch it in with the belt

Length - 22.5" (the belt loops hit about 10-11.5" down)

Condition - I don't see any flaws on the dress but the belt has some fraying
