The brand label had been cut off but the union (ILGWU) made label remains. The RN number on it is of the company Westbury Fashion which owned brands Hoot Owl and Suburban Corner among others. It entered the ladies' knitwear, sportswear and suit fields with the purchase of the Talbott group of companies, as well as the Burstein group in the 60s.
Excellent vintage condition. The dress has no flaws. The only flaw is on the belt which has a few runs (see photo). Not very visible when the belt is tied in a bow as pictured.
