Its a nice weight of cotton pique. Various strung labels with names of different types of Rose are interspersed between the printed flowers. Another sweet late 1950s novelty printed dirndl skirt, from the same source as the SportVille one I have also listed. It’s a nice weight of cotton pique.
Various strung labels with names of different types of Rose are interspersed between the printed flowers. It’s a very sweet spring/summer number, and fastens with a side metal zip and button waist.
Measures:
Waist 26” max (could move button slightly for extra comfort!)
Hips 60” (dirndl shape)
Length 26” including 1” waistband
Condition:
Good, a little faded section where I’m pointing in the print - looks like a misprint rather than wash fade. Otherwise it’s good, has been previously worn and washed but nothing major or obvious to note. Clean and ready to wear.
