存于通风阴凉处 │Store in cool and dry place

花胶浸泡步骤│Dried fish maw soaking steps：

第1天│Day 1

（1）清水清洗花胶，然后隔水蒸15至30分钟，越大越厚的花胶隔水蒸的时间越长。│Rinse the dried fish maw with clean water, steam over water for 15 to 30 minutes, the bigger and thicker the fish maw, the longer it takes to steam.

（2）将花胶放入容器加入姜片及清水泡发，放冰箱保鲜泡发一晚。│Put the fish maw into a container and add ginger slices and clean water to soak, keep it in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight.

第2天│Day 2

（4）更换花胶容器内的水，确保容器内的水质干净 | Change the water in the container in the next day to ensure that the water in the container is clean, soak for 4 to 6 hours or until the fish maw becomes soft.

（5）沥干水后鱼鳔就能烹调了。After draining the water, the fish maw is ready for cooking.

泡发好的鱼膘倘若不是马上烹调食用，请冰冻收藏于0℃一下的雪柜。│ Soaked fish maw that are not cooked should be sealed and stored in the refrigerator at below 0℃
