Window Louver (also known as Window Louvre, Blind or Jalousie) made of ABS Plastic.

Different Methods to Install Louver to a Window:

Double-Sided Adhesive Tape:

First, thoroughly clean the window and louver surfaces. Apply the double-sided tape around the entire perimeter of the grill. Peel off the protective layer from the tape and, aligning the center, press the louver onto the window (it’s best to do this with two people).

Metal Adhesive Plates with Screws and Nuts:

Drill holes in the window louver, attach the metal plates to the louver using washers and screws (don’t tighten too much). Remove the protective layer from the plates and, aligning the center, attach the louver to the window. You can also use sponge tape to fill the remaining perimeter. Pros: Convenient for occasional removal of the louver for window maintenance.

Velcro Tape:

The installation process is the same as with double-sided tape. The key difference is that with Velcro, you can easily remove and reattach the louver to the window. Cons: Velcro may wear out over time and lose its strong adhesion.

Windshield Glue: 

It is also essential to thoroughly degrease the surfaces. Apply glue around the perimeter  and center the louver on the window. It is best to do this with two people. Immediately wipe off any excess glue from the edges. For degreasing use a thinner or other materials intended for that purpose.

Visibility

Although from certain angles it may seem like the louver covers a large portion of the window and impairs visibility, this is not the case. Since the louvers run horizontally along the wing, they only block vertical sunlight rays, without affecting overall visibility. Of course, you can see that the new detail is on the car window, but it does not obstruct your view through the rearview mirror.
