Velvet Cape with FringeThis vintage cape poncho is surprisingly so wearable. It's made of gorgeous "burnout" devor velvet in a romantic rose motif, with long lattice fringe along all edges. It can easily be worn over any top, sweater, or dress, but it's also wearable on its own over just a bra or camisole. The neck is an elongated boat neck, and it fits all sizes due to the nature of the cut. Great vintage condition.
