Mitten Pack!

A sample of 3 fabrics for you to create warm, lined mittens or booties.  The Mitten Pack contains at least 16” each of:

Softshell or shell fabric for the outer layer

Alpha or Alpha Direct, High Loft or other insulation for the insulation layer

200 Weight Fleece, Fleece Lining or High Warmth Polartec Power Grid for the liner.

In some cases if we are using a light weight insulation we will give you twice as much, and you can layer it to get the loft or warmth desired. Use this pack to test out the fabrics, construction and warmth.  NOTE: The mitten pack is fabric only. It DOES NOT include a pattern. We recommend the Jalie mitten pattern, or the Menta mitten pattern.  We may use remnants with minor flaws, or irregular sizes. These are strictly for you to play with a variety of fabrics. If you want specific colors or fabrics, please order separately. We carry fat quarters of Tough Tek (sold separately) should you wish to add grip. kit
