80's Witchy black acetate skirt with dagged hem has decorative black chiffon strips. Red sequins are used to stitch strips to skirt. Skirt is labelled Creative Uniforms, size 10-12. The closure is a center back zipper. At some point, the back darts were taken in, but could be taken out for a little more room in waist. Skirt is in good condition.
